JNANA Kandaの学習は二つのレベルに分かれています。
エネルギーに焦点を当てる—感受性、意識、そして癒しと変容の方法としてエネルギーを扱う能力を育てる。
このレベルでは、癒しは一般的に直接的な相互作用を通じて行われ、実践者は他の人のエネルギーと現在的かつ即時的に関わります。
Jnana Kanda IIは、しばしば超自然的な能力と理解されるより深い精神的な能力への道を開きます。 これらは個人的な力として捉えられるのではなく、他者に誠実に仕え、導き、支える責任として捉えられます。
この段階では、実践者は物理的な存在を超えて働き始めるかもしれません。 一例として、直接対面のやり取りなしに癒しをサポートする能力があります—例えば、遠隔や非物理的な方法を通じて。 これらの能力は指導と責任を持って導入され、学習過程でさらに説明されます。

三日目はJNANA Kanda IIの開始で続き、実践のより深い次元を開きます。 この段階では、アプローチが第一段階とは異なります。 JNANA Kanda Iが主に直接的な相互作用を通じてエネルギーを扱うのに対し、JNANA Kanda IIはより深い霊的な能力の層を導入します。
