SUMMARY:SUKMA MANDALA MANGKU ALIT AJNA RETREAT
DESCRIPTION:A sacred space for a journey towards the center of the soul\, g
uided by Mangku Alit Ajna.\nA mandala of inner journey\, where one returns
to the soul\, purifies the self\, and discovers clarity of awareness.\nAt s
ome point in our lives\, we may feel tired of the journey. Sometimes we fee
l unhappy\, stuck\, and unable to move forward. We may lose our sense of di
rection and no longer know where our path is leading us. Life can feel diff
icult and heavy\, and there are moments when we realize that we no longer t
ruly recognize ourselves.\nWe may carry pain\, old wounds\, emotional strug
gles\, and constant battles between the mind and the heart. Sometimes\, the
things happening in our lives no longer feel aligned\, and we find ourselv
es searching for clarity\, meaning\, or simply a way to feel connected with
ourselves again. In moments like these\, sometimes what we need is not ano
 ther answer\, but a space to pause\, breathe\, reflect\, and allow ourselve
s to heal.\nSukma Mandala Mangku Alit Ajna Retreat is created as such a spa
ce. Located in Bali\, this three-day retreat brings together the richness o
f Balinese culture\, traditions\, and spiritual practices with the healing
experience of Maha Guru Mangku Alit Ajna. With 21 years dedicated to servin
g others and 17 years dedicated to traditional Balinese healing\, Maha Guru
Mangku Alit Ajna guides participants through a deeply personal journey of
 healing\, energy\, spiritual experience\, and wisdom.\nThis retreat is an o
pportunity to step away from the routines\, responsibilities\, and noise of
everyday life and give yourself time to reconnect with what is happening w
 ithin. Through healing sessions\, energy work\, meditation\, purification p
rocesses\, spiritual practices\, and direct personal experiences\, each par
ticipant is given the opportunity to explore their inner state and experien
ce a deeper connection with themselves.\nThe healing process may touch diff
erent aspects of our being our energy\, emotions\, thoughts\, inner wounds\
, and the experiences we carry throughout our lives. Every person arrives w
ith a different story and a different energetic condition\, therefore every
healing experience is unique. There is no single process that must be expe
rienced in exactly the same way by everyone.\nThe retreat takes place withi
n the living atmosphere of Bali\, where spiritual traditions\, sacred space
s\, culture\, and daily life are deeply connected. These surroundings becom
e part of the experience\, creating an environment where participants can s
low down\, become more present\, and experience the healing process more de
eply.\nThroughout the three days\, the journey unfolds gradually. It begins
with recognizing and revisiting the path that has brought us to where we a
 re today\, continues into purification\, healing\, and energetic release\,
 and moves towards deeper stillness\, awareness\, and integration.\n \nTHE
 THREE-DAY JOURNEY\nDAY 1  LELAKU PUNAR SMERTI\nThe Journey of Remembering\
nLelaku means a journey or spiritual path\, while Punar Smerti refers to re
turning to remembrance and awareness.\nThe first day is a journey of lookin
g back and recognizing the path that has brought you here. Through spiritua
 l experiences\, reflection\, Balinese traditions\, energy work\, and guided
healing processes\, participants are invited to become aware of their expe
 riences\, patterns\, relationships\, choices\, wounds\, and lessons.\nThis
is a process of napak tilas batin—revisiting the inner journey not to rem
ain in the past\, but to recognize it\, understand its meaning\, and see ou
rselves more clearly.\n \nDAY 2  MAHA SUDHA SUKMA\nThe Great Purification
of the Soul\nMaha Sudha Sukma represents the purification of the sukma—t
he deeper inner self.\nThe second day focuses on healing\, purification\, r
elease\, and energy transformation. Participants experience processes inten
ded to help release emotional burdens\, inner attachments\, accumulated ene
rgy\, and things that may no longer be aligned with their present journey.\
nThrough Balinese spiritual practices\, healing\, energy work\, and direct
experience\, this day creates a deeper space for purification and renewal.
It is a process of becoming lighter\, clearer\, and more balanced within.\n
DAY 3  SAMADHI SUKSMA\nInto Stillness and Inner Awareness\nSamadhi refers
to deep concentration and meditative awareness\, while Suksma refers to the
subtle and inner dimension of being.\nThe third day moves inward\, from he
aling and purification towards stillness\, awareness\, and integration. Par
ticipants are guided through meditation\, energetic awareness\, spiritual e
xperience\, and inner practices\, allowing the experiences of the previous
days to settle naturally within.\nThis is a time to become quiet enough to
listen\, to recognize the movement of energy without forcing it\, and to ex
perience a deeper connection between the heart\, mind\, energy\, and consci
ousness.\nThe three days are not designed to produce the same experience fo
r everyone. Each person has their own journey\, and the process unfolds acc
ording to their individual condition\, readiness\, and experience.\nThe jou
rney concludes with direct experience\, deeper awareness\, and a deeper und
erstanding of oneself.\n \nRETREAT INFORMATION\nSukma Mandala is held ever
y month in Bali on the 7th\, 8th\, and 9th\, with a maximum of seven partic
ipants per retreat.\nThe limited number of participants allows the retreat
to remain intimate and personal\, creating space for each individual to exp
erience the healing process more deeply and receive closer guidance through
out the three days.\nYou may come alone or together with others. Whether yo
 u arrive carrying uncertainty\, emotional weight\, exhaustion\, or simply t
he feeling that you need to reconnect with yourself\, Sukma Mandala offers
 a space to pause\, experience\, release\, and return inward.
